FOWL PLAY NFT IPHONE & AIRPODS GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES, AGE 18 OR OLDER.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Fowl Play NFT iPhone & AirPods Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins as soon as it is publicly announced on https://fowlplay.xyz and ends once the total number of available pre-sale tickets have been sold or at a date determined and announced by the Sponsor.

The date of the live drawing will be announced on our official social media channels and via email to all eligible participants.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following individuals are not eligible:

  • Employees, contractors, or affiliates of CENSORED STUDIOS.CO or any associated partners.

  • Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, or children) and those living in the same household.

  • Individuals in jurisdictions where sweepstakes of this nature are prohibited by law.

Eligibility decisions are made solely by the Sponsor and are final.

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are two separate prizes with separate entry methods:

📱 Entry for iPhone (via Purchase or Mail-In)

Method 1: Purchase Entry

  • Visit https://fowlplay.xyz and purchase one or more Fowl Play NFT Pre-Sale Tickets for $25 each.

  • Each purchase secures a unique ticket number and one (1) entry into the iPhone Giveaway.

Method 2: Free Mail-In Entry

  • Handwrite your full name, mailing address, email, phone number, and date of birth on a 3″x5″ card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: CENSORED STUDIOS.CO – 13727 SW 152 st #620 Miami , Fl 33177

  • Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.

  • Duplicate or incomplete submissions will be disqualified.

🎧 Entry for AirPods (Email Registration Only)

  • Visit https://fowlplay.xyz and enter your email address in the designated giveaway popup or form.

  • One (1) entry per valid email address.

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win the AirPods.

4. DRAWING AND ODDS

  • The iPhone winner will be selected from all eligible NFT ticket holders and valid mail-in entries.

  • The AirPods winner will be selected from all valid email addresses collected through the giveaway popup.

Both prizes will be awarded during the same live drawing event.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each respective prize.

5. PRIZES

  • iPhone Prize: One (1) winner will receive a brand-new Apple iPhone (model and specifications to be announced, MSRP up to $1,200 USD).

  • AirPods Prize: One (1) winner will receive a pair of Apple AirPods (model may vary, MSRP up to $200 USD).

  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.

  • Sponsor will cover shipping costs within the U.S.

  • Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) days of the live drawing.

To claim a prize, the winner must:

  • Respond within five (5) days

  • Provide proof of identity (e.g., government-issued ID)

  • Complete an IRS W-9 form if required

Failure to respond or meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree to:

  • Comply with these Official Rules and all decisions made by the Sponsor.

  • Allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  • Release Sponsor from any liability related to participation, winnings, or use of the prizes.

8. PRIVACY

Participant information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will only be used for administration of this Sweepstakes and communication regarding the Fowl Play NFT project.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal claims arising shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Miami, Florida.
