FOWL PLAY NFT SMARTPHONE & AIRPODS GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES, AGE 18 OR OLDER.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Fowl Play NFT Smartphone & AirPods Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins as soon as it is publicly announced on https://fowlplay.xyz and ends once all available pre-sale tickets have been sold, or at a date determined and announced by the Sponsor. The live drawing date will be announced via our official social media channels and email.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, contractors, or affiliates of CENSORED STUDIOS.CO or any associated partners, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, or children), as well as individuals living in the same household, are not eligible. Eligibility is void where prohibited by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER

📱 Entry for Smartphone Prize (via Purchase or Mail-In)

Method 1: Purchase Entry. Visit https://fowlplay.xyz and purchase one or more Fowl Play NFT Pre-Sale Tickets for $25 each. Each purchase secures one (1) entry into the Smartphone Giveaway.
Method 2: Free Mail-In Entry. Handwrite your full name, mailing address, email, phone number, and date of birth on a 3″×5″ card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete submissions will be disqualified.

🎧 Entry for AirPods Prize (Email Registration Only)

Submit your email address via the official giveaway popup or form on https://fowlplay.xyz. One (1) entry per valid email address.

4. DRAWING AND ODDS

The Smartphone Prize winner will be selected from all eligible NFT ticket holders and valid mail-in entries. The AirPods winner will be selected from all valid email entries submitted through the giveaway popup or form. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. PRIZES & FULFILLMENT TIMING

Smartphone Prize: One (1) winner will receive either a brand-new Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max (or the then-current flagship iPhone available at time of fulfillment) or Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (model and specifications to be announced, MSRP up to $1,300 USD).

  • Pre-Release Fulfillment: If the selected iPhone model has not yet been released to the public on the drawing date, the Smartphone Prize will be fulfilled after the model’s first official retail release. Sponsor will ship the prize within 30–90 days of first retail availability, subject to manufacturer supply and delivery constraints.

  • Substitution: If the selected model is cancelled, significantly delayed, or unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value (e.g., an alternative flagship smartphone of comparable MSRP) at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  • Device choice (iPhone vs. Samsung) may be based on availability or winner preference, at Sponsor’s discretion.

AirPods Prize: One (1) winner will receive a pair of Apple AirPods (model may vary, MSRP up to $200 USD).

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor will cover U.S. shipping costs. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Apple Inc. and Samsung are not sponsors of, participants in, or affiliated with this Sweepstakes.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) days of the live drawing. To claim a prize, winners must respond within five (5) days, provide proof of identity, and complete any required tax or legal forms. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. For Smartphone Prizes tied to unreleased models, verification may occur immediately, with shipment following the fulfillment timing stated in Section 5.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and allow Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes. All participants release Sponsor from any liability related to participation or prize delivery.

8. PRIVACY

Participant information will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and communicating about the Fowl Play NFT project, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Miami, Florida.

10. WINNER LIST

To request the name of the winners after the Sweepstakes concludes, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Note: The Smartphone Prize will be either an iPhone 17 Pro Max (or then-current flagship iPhone at time of fulfillment) or Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. If the iPhone model is not yet released at the time of the drawing, it will be shipped following its first official retail release per Section 5.
